Group Support


You're Not Alone in This

The Grief & Guilt Healing Circle

Grief and guilt often walk hand-in-hand after a loss—leaving you stuck in “what-ifs,” questioning your choices, or wondering if you did enough.

The Grief & Guilt Healing Circle is a 4-week virtual group designed to gently guide you through these tender emotions in the company of others who understand.

In this intimate, therapist-led circle, you’ll:
🌀 Reflect on the roots of guilt in grief
🌀 Explore how guilt shows up in your thoughts and body
🌀 Learn ways to soften self-blame and find self-compassion
🌀 Connect with others in a safe, supportive space
